To watch one of the greatest players in the history of tennis is a pleasure. To be born in the same age is a blessing. To watch him play against players like Sampras, Agassi, Hewitt, Haas, all members of the old school and still going toe to toe with the best of the current crop like Djokovic, Nadal, Raonic, Murray, there are no words to describe it. For me, his backhand, the single handed backhand, will always remain his most potent weapon in his arsenal. Almost every other player uses a double handed backhand, giving them more power and control. Yet Federer's backhand with the single handed control is a wonder. The time you see him flick a backhand while back pedalling for an out of reach return, graciously curving it inside the line, all while holding the racket in a single vice grip is control at its finest. http://ift.tt/2aFeeF1
